Chloe Ferry called the police on Sam Gowland yesterday after they got into a furious row at the house they shared.
The Geordie Shore star, 23, went to collect her stuff from their pad in Tyneside after their split.
Sam, 24, allegedly "went crazy" at Chloe and threatened to throw her and her stuff out.
A source told The Sun Online: "Chloe called the police after going to a house she owns with Sam where they had a row about her turning up.
"They argued and then Sam threatened to throw them out for good. Chloe has a legal right to their house as she owns half of it with Sam.
"She's sick of his childish behaviour. She went to the house to collect her belongings and Sam went crazy - it’s beyond ridiculous.
"Chloe found his behaviour really upsetting."
According to the source, Chloe is planning to go to a solicitor for advice on how to get Sam "off the mortgage".
Mirror Online has contacted reps for Sam and Chloe for comment.
A spokesperson from Northumbria Police said: "At 2.10pm Wednesday police received a report of a disturbance at an address in Fairway Lane, North Tyneside.
"Officers attended and have spoken to those involved. It has been established no criminal offences have been committed and advice has been given."
The row comes after Chloe accused Sam of cheating on her with Amber Davies from Love Island.
She very publicly claimed that Amber had slept with her boyfriend in a shock tweet.
Chloe later shared screenshots of private messages allegedly exchanged between Sam and Amber.
Tensions escalated between the trio after news broke in May that Sam had 'romped' with an unnamed Love Island star after one of his splits from Chloe.
The sources stated that both parties were single at the time but were shocked Sam had moved on so quickly.
