China's ready for more trade talks, but U.S. keeps changing it's mind — Chinese ambassador

China is ready to resume trade talks, Cui Tiankai, China's ambassador to the United States, told Fox News' "Special Report with Bret Baier" Tuesday, saying negotiations had stalled because the U.S. "changes its mind so often."

Why it matters: The trade war intensified with President Trump's new limitations on Chinese tech giant Huawei — which Cui called "politically motivated." Bank of America has said the standoff risks "a global recession." It's already crippled U.S. farmers. U.S. shoe firms have warned of "catastrophic" repercussions if the situation continues.
