BEIJING (Reuters) - China expects to solve the problem of renewable energy waste by 2020, Liang Zhipeng, deputy director of the new energy and renewable energy department of the National Energy Administration (NEA) said in a presentation at a conference on Monday.
He also said the agency expects the wind sector to wean itself off government subsidies by 2022.
