Murdered teenager Brittanee Drexel, whose remains were finally found over a decade after she went missing, sent chilling last texts in the moments before her death.
She disappeared on April 25 2009 but had texted her boyfriend saying she was "so heated" but would explain fully later.
He remains were found earlier this year and last month, sex offender Raymond Douglas Moody plead guilty to her kidnapping, rape, and murder.
In the hours before she vanished she also texted her friends planning to meet them back at the hotel where they were staying.
To her boyfriend she wrote: “Ill tell you later when you call me.. Im so heated,” according to court documents obtained by news station WCSC..

The last message she sent was to her boyfriend saying: “I’m staying in packing and going to sleep probably.”
No other messages were sent from her phone but her boyfriend and friends send messages getting increasingly worried.
One said: “Stop playing games.”
Another: “Send me something we think ur [sic] missing.”

Although the cell phone records show no other messages from the teen, over the next few hours her boyfriend and friends grew increasingly worried about her lack of response.
In his statement to police before his sentencing, Moody claimed the teenager got voluntarily into his car before they drove to a campground along with Moody's ex-girlfriend. It was there Moody flew into a rage and raped the girl before killing her.
Mother Dawn Drexel told Myrtle Beach Online: “For 13 years, I have searched for Brittanee, and for 13 years, I suffered the loss of a child."
