Chill Factore's Snow Park gets a makeover with new double donut ride

A new ride has opened at Chill Factore in time for May half term.

The popular Snow Park has had a revamp and introduced a new four-lane Snow Slide.

The new design has seen the popular racing lanes expanded so racers no longer have to ride solo. Instead up to eight people can ride at one time, so the entire family can be involved.

Riders can complete the course on donuts, share the ride on double donuts or choose one of the traditional sledges.

The popular Ice Slide still remains in the new-look Snow Park, but the Snow Slide has replaced the former Downhill Donuts.

The new colourful lanes are now fully inflatable offering riders more safety and comfort whilst allowing them to quickly disembark and head back to the top for plenty more goes.

Chill Factore's CEO Morwenna Angove said: “As well as skiing and snowboarding, we offer fantastic snow fun at our Snow Park for families looking for exciting activities to do together.

"We wanted to launch our brand-new Snow Park in time for the school holidays for families to enjoy it together. We produce 10 tonnes of fresh snow every single night, so every day is a snow day at Chill Factor.”
