Cyrenians OPAL (Older People, Active Lives) clients have been delighted to meet children from Bathgate’s The Nurture Nursery at OPAL’s regular Zoom sessions.
The children participate with clients in exercise at the start of each session before any speakers, musicians or quizzes take place.
A spokesperson said: “The nursery children also used to visit our face-to-face groups before the pandemic prevented this, and we look forward to welcoming them again when the groups are back up and running.”
