Childish Gambino London O2 show postponed: Everything you need to know

Childish Gambino has postponed his upcoming tour show in London.

The rapper, aka Donald Glover, revealed he will no longer perform at the O2 on November 4, with the musician "not ready to put on 100 per cent shows".

The gig has been postponed until Sunday March 24 2019. Previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Childish Gambino said in a statement: “Not ready to put on 100 per cent shows. Apologies to the fans. I will be back soon."

Why has the Childish Gambino show been postponed?

The show was been rescheduled due to injury, with the rapper not fully fit to perform live.

Glover reportedly broke his foot during a performance in Dallas last month, which has resulted in a number of tour dates being pushed back.

The rescheduled London show could be one of the last opportunities for music fans to catch Childish Gambino live after Glover confirmed plans to retire his stage name earlier this year.

Glover released the music video for This Is America in May this year, racking up nearly 300m views on YouTube.
