A child was taken to hospital after being hit by a car near the Etihad Stadium following City's win over Norwich.
The crash happened on Alan Turing Way near the junction with Gibbon Street at around 4.50pm on Saturday (August 21).
Crowds of supporters were leaving the ground following Manchester City's resounding 5-0 victory.
Emergency services attended and the child was taken to hospital.

Police say the child's injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
No arrests have been made.
The child's gender or age has not been revealed by officers.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "We were called just after 4.50pm yesterday (21 August) to a report of a collision near to the junction of Alan Turing Way and Gibbons Street.
"Enquiries established a car and a child had been involved in a collision.
"The child was taken to hospital with injuries not thought to be life threatening.
"No arrests were made and enquiries are ongoing."
