Child star Raven-Symoné marries girlfriend Miranda Maday in stunning secret ceremony

Raven-Symoné has married her girlfriend Miranda Maday in a stunning secret ceremony.

The That's So Raven! star, 34, revealed the news on Thursday alongside a collection of pictures taken on their wedding day.

It looks like the lovebirds opted for a low-key affair because of the ongoing pandemic and celebrated at home.

The newly weds also enjoyed an enormous cake and put on a stunning spread in the garden.

Taking to social media, the former child star and her wife beamed from ear to ear in the beautiful wedding pictures.

Raven-Symone opted for a black jumpsuit and colourful braids while her wife Miranda went for a white jumpsuit with a tiny white veil.

The couple also got matching wedding rings that featured a stunning turquoise gem in the middle.

"I got married to a woman who understands me from trigger to joy, from breakfast to midnight snack, from stage to home," Raven wrote.

"I love you Mrs. Pearman-Maday! Let’s tear this world a new asshole!!! I’s married NOW."

In another post, Raven thanked her followers for the kind messages after revealing the exciting news.

She wrote: "The outpouring of love and congratulations have filled our hearts immensely. Thank you to everyone!!!! I won’t bombard y’all with too many pix, but yeah more music soon! Hehe."

As to adhere to self-distancing, Raven and her wife only had a small amount of guests attend the beautiful ceremony.

In the pictures, their guests all donned face masks as a safety precaution.

The actress, who rose to fame in 2003, has famously kept a low profile when it came to her love life.

It was back in 2013 when the actress came out, as she celebrated the legalization of same sex marriage in the United States.

A year later, she spoke to Oprah Winfrey and addressed the topic of dating.

"I don't want to be labelled gay. I want to be labelled a human who loves humans," she said at the time.
