Child, 3, in critical condition after violent storm tears through inflatable house

  • A violent thunderstorm in Greater Montreal launched an inflatable house into the air on Sunday afternoon, resulting in multiple injuries.
  • A three-year-old child is in critical condition after being trapped inside the inflatable house as it was lifted approximately 40 feet high.
  • Paramedics evaluated 11 people at Ouellette Park in LaSalle, with six individuals, including four adults and two children, transported to the hospital.
  • Witnesses described chairs and tables flying as the storm hit, with the inflatable house dramatically turning in the air before crashing down.
