Chiefs’ Marquez Valdes-Scantling makes stunning touchdown catch

Marquez Valdes-Scantling was the recipient of a Patrick Mahomes speedball — a nod to Bruce Springsteen — with time running out in the first half Sunday against the Houston Texans.

The Chiefs’ wideout somehow came down with the pass — covering 4 yards — and it brought Kansas City within 14-13.

Harrison Butker missed his third PAT of the season so the Texans went into the break with the lead.

The drive covered 97 yards on 13 plays. This was against the same Texans defense that allowed the Dallas Cowboys to drive 98 yards last week on a game-winning march.
