Free agency has hit a bit of a standstill with the NFL draft coming in less than two weeks time. The Chiefs have several free agents that remain unsigned and there are still a handful of solid unrestricted free agents out there waiting to sign with a team.
As of Friday, April 12th the Chiefs have signed eight players since the start of free agency. On top of that they’ve made the decision to retain one of their own. They’ve traded with the Browns to acquire another player. They’ve also released, traded away, and let several unrestricted free agents leave to join other teams.
