March 25--Condiment king H.J. Heinz's takeover of Kraft Foods -- home to Oscar Mayer, Miracle Whip, Kool-Aid, Velveeta, Jell-O, Capri Sun and, of course, mac cheese -- says one thing: It wants your kid's lunch money.
