April 08--A pair of Chicago comedy veterans have been cast in the upcoming studio comedy "Keeping Up with the Joneses" from "Superbad" director Greg Mottola and starring Zach Galifianakis and Jon Hamm.

Matt Walsh (who has perfected the art of the sad sack press flack on "Veep") and Maribeth Monroe (as the strident boss lady opposite a trio of slacker employees on "Workaholics") join this caper about an average suburban couple that finds out its flawless neighbors are in fact undercover agents.

Walsh is a founder of the Upright Citizens Brigade, which got its start at iO Theater (he's an Annoyance alum as well), and Monroe logged significant time on Second City's mainstage. In "Keeping Up With the Joneses," they will play another couple who live in the subdivision.

The movie is slated for release next April Fool's Day.
