Chicago Restaurant Week moves to March with flexible dining options

Chicago Restaurant Week is offering indoor and outdoor dining or an at-home experience with delivery and takeout options. | Sun-Times file

Chicago Restaurant Week will be back in 2021 — but it’ll look different from years past.

The two-week culinary celebration, running from March 19 to April 4, will feature special prix five menus from restaurants across the city and nearby suburbs. The multi-course meals start at $25 for brunch or lunch and $39 and/or $55 for dinner (excluding beverages, tax, gratuity and delivery fees).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Restaurant Week is offering diners flexibility by providing indoor and outdoor dining or an at-home experience with delivery and takeout options.

Last year, Restaurant Week hosted a record-breaking number of restaurants, including over 50 from the suburbs and more than 80 first-time participants. This year’s participants have yet to be announced, but diners can check back with Choose Chicago soon to make reservations.
