Here are a couple updates on access and fishing around the Chicago. Obviously, things can and do change rapidly.
In terms of launches, as of Monday morning, you could still launch at 95th (Cal Park) and the Daley Boat Launch (31st and Western).
Shore anglers with pier passes, as of Monday morning, could still access the designated piers. With most anglers targeting coho on the outside of harbors, this may not mean a lot other than to those anglers who more regularly fish at Diversey Harbor.
And for God’s sake, practice proper social distancing, mainly for the health of all of us but also because it may help keep access more open if folks are being responsible.
