Now that the business side of football is wrapped up and the 90-man training camp roster is in place, it’s time to take a swing at which Bears players will make the cut and earn a spot on the 53-man roster.
Much will change between now and the end of the preseason. Injuries, poor play and unexpected transactions are likely to occur. And when they do, a name or two that appears on this list will be turned to dust.
But, for now, here’s my best swing at who the chosen 53 will be.
