RAIPUR: Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur graduate Gourab Kumar Agarwal secured 86th rank in the all India merit list in his second attempt in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam of 2021.
A student of batch 2015-20, Gourab was meritorious since the day one, told the teachers. During the study period he was always found as an enthusiastic one who participated in each and every extracurricular activity, an HNLU release said.
With a keen interest in social work, he was always the first one to volunteer for fund-raiser activities and worked tirelessly with non-profit organisations. Gourab has also interned with prominent law firms.
