Chester Zoo's elephants will be enjoying a pool party in this week's virtual tour of the attraction.
The events have been taking place every Friday throughout lockdown so that children can see some of their favourite animals from home.
This week - Friday, April 24 - there'll be even more animal antics on YouTube and Facebook, including the popular elephants enjoying a herd pool party.
Animal action is broadcast from various habitats around the zoo at different points in the day.
Here are the time slots for this week's animals:
- 10am - Asian short-clawed otters
- 11am - Fantastic fossa – Madagascar’s super predator
- 12pm - Songbirds from South East Asia
- 1pm - Really cool reptiles
- 2pm - Elephant herd pool party
- 3.30pm - Amazing aardvarks
A spokesperson for the zoo said: "Join us live on Facebook and YouTube from 10am for a whole day of amazing animal antics, it’s the perfect way to learn, all from the comfort of your own home."
The zoo also has more than 50 activities you can access online - on all things animals, science and conservation.
This week the attraction launched a fundraising drive to help raise money towards the £465k a month it needs to look after its animals.
With more than 35,000 animals to take care of, unlike other places shut during lockdown, staff can't simply shut up shop and walk away.
A dedicated team of keepers and conservationists are still hard at work from morning until night to make sure its animals are safe, fed and healthy while also making sure the prevention of extinction never stops.
