Chester Zoo has announced the launch of its newest animal-themed venture.
The zoo’s new ‘mystery boxes’ have been unveiled just in time for the start of the summer holidays.
Suitable for children aged three and over, each box includes six different mystery gifts.

Selected at random, the animal-themed contents of the boxes include various soft toys, stationery, games, and gifts.
Each box is completed differently to the other, making them a one of a kind gift.
Every mystery box that is purchased supports Chester Zoo’s mission to prevent animal extinction, making the gifts even more special.
Suzanne Keyse, retail manager at Chester Zoo, said: “We’re so excited to launch our brand new mystery boxes just in time for the school holidays. Suitable for children aged three and over, they’re a perfect summer starter for any child who loves animals.
"No two boxes are the same, and can include items like plush toys, games, puzzles, crafts, books and loads more exciting activities, so customers can expect a fun surprise and incredible value.
"Each box has up to six lovingly picked gifts or toys, all hand wrapped in a beautiful box. There are only a limited number of boxes and we’re anticipating that they’ll sell out quickly, so once they’re gone, they’re gone!
