Cheshire Oaks has been sold to a management company in a multi-million pound deal.
The designer outlet in Ellesmere Port is to change hands from Nuveen Real Estate to LaSalle Investment Management, which is a subsidiary of property company JLL.
It will be sold alongside the Swindon Designer Outlet for £600m after LaSalle secured their bid over rival Bluewater owner Landsec.

The Sunday Times reported it as the biggest retail property deal for seven years.
Nuveen Real Estate bought Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet back in 2008, and it is managed by the McArthurGlen Group, a company which develops and manages designer outlet malls.
Cheshire Oaks first opened in 1995 and is the largest designer outlet in the UK with more than 150 shops, restaurants and cafes.
McArthurGlen Group was approached for comment about the sale and how it may impact shoppers.
