We all love a bit of a birthday celebration, particularly as it's a day just for us.
And a former Cheshire housewife has made sure all eyes were on her as she celebrates the last year of her 30s.
Ampika Pickston is celebrating her 39th birthday today and surprised her 78,000 Twitter followers with a 'bikini dance' video and a rather revealing selfie.
Giving the camera her best pout, fans got slightly more than they bargained for with her very low cut attire.
She wrote alongside the snap: "Birthday girl today !!!! Feeling mentally stronger , physically fitter . Learn to love what makes you happy . You get better at throwing out the rubbish as you get older."
Ampika then followed up the tweet with a video of herself dancing in a lacy two-piece. She said: "Time to party at the seaside with my little self and beau at the seaside !!! 39 years young today."
The reality TV star, who lives in Hale with her son, was one of the original cast members of the Real Housewives of Cheshire.
Ampika quite the ITVBe series in 2017 after five drama-filled series and teased "new projects" but never ruled out a return.
