Cheryl shows off trim frame in relaxed snap after sharing gruelling workouts

Cheryl has been flaunting her trim frame after opening up about the extreme workouts she forced herself through after becoming a mum.

The Love Made Me Do It singer, 35, took to Instagram to post a snap of herself looking radiant on Thursday.

In the picture she relaxes in a leather arm chair as she pouts for the camera.

She showcases her toned arms in a tight rust-coloured vest and dons a stylish pair of blue jeans with a raw hem.

The picture was a plug for her hair extensions range, and her famous mane looks typically voluminous in her post.

She captioned it: "Literally don’t feel like myself without a big bouncy blow out!"

Earlier this month Cheryl said she almost "killed herself" while trying to work off her baby weight following the birth of her son Bear, two.

The mum-of-one said her sensational body doesn't come easy, and was actually the product of rigorous home workouts designed to work the muscles in the 90 degree heat.

Following "extreme" workouts put forward by US fitness sensation Tracy Anderson, Cheryl's exercise regime does not sound like it's for the faint hearted.

She told The Sun: "I am one of those people who can't do basic yoga, it's too boring - I have to do the extreme heat where somebody can potentially die, or you feel like you're dying.

"It's quite extreme - it's a hard method, but it works."

Cheryl's recently said that the future of her music career is in her son Bear's hands.

The former Girls Aloud star judges all of her music with the help of her two-year-old, and she'll only release it if he dances along.

She told Hits Radio: "He is the bop-master. If he doesn't bop we don't release. No pressure, son."
