Cheryl shares Christmas message from Bear as she transforms house with stunning decorations

Cheryl has delighted her millions of Instagram followers with an adorable Christmas message from young son Bear, as well as a glimpse of her home's stunning makeover for the festive season.

The Geordie star has been absent from Instagram since the summer so her many fans got a surprise when she posted a series of festive clips on her story early on Tuesday afternoon.

The 37-year old, whose had hits with the likes of Fight for This Love and Call My Name, started her post by panning her camera phone up and down her amazing Christmas tree, which was adorned with lights and luxurious looking gold and bronze baubles.

A traditional Santa sat at the foot of the tree and, not content with having just one tree, Cheryl then gave her followers a glimpse of a second, decorated with a Disney theme including Mickey Mouse and Toy Story ornaments.

Former Girls Aloud member and X Factor judge Cheryl also showed off a twinkling garland going up her banister and a fireplace topped with a stunning wreath and covered in candles, pine and berries, with Santas either side of it.

And then came the best bit of the post where Bear, 3, Cheryl's son with former One Direction member Liam Payne stole the spotlight by recreating an iconic line from Home Alone.

Over the top of a message that read: "Merry Christmas you filthy animals and a Happy New Year, Love Cheryl and Bear x' the toddler could be heard shouting the words famously uttered by Macaulay Culkin in the film.
