Cheryl refuses to rule out another Girls Aloud reunion: 'Never say never'

Cheryl has refused to rule out another reunion for Girls Aloud .

Despite rumours of a feud between some of the bandmates, the Geordie star says we might see her back on the stage with Nadine Coyle, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh one day.

In light of the Spice Girls reunion, we couldn't resist asking Cheryl if it was a possibility when we had an exclusive chat with her.

She told us: "I'll say never say never, you never know if it might happen.

"We've already done a reunion through so I feel like we've been there, done that, we've had our turn.

"But I'll never say it's a definite that it won't happen again one day."

Girls Aloud formed in 2002 on ITV show Popstars: The Rivals and enjoyed huge success before they split in 2009.

The girls went off and did their own thing before getting back together after a three-year hiatus.

They reunited for their 10th anniversary in 2012, releasing new singles and their second greatest hits complitation.

The group went on tour, playing their final concert in Liverpool on March 20, 2013. They announced their split on Twitter just a few hours later.

But it seems we may not have seen the last of the group.

Cheryl is busy working on her solo material at the minute, after coming back with more personal music after a four-year absence.

Cheryl returned to the music scene last year with single Love Made Me Do It.

Now, she's back again with new single Let You.

And she admitted it feels different since her comeback.

The former X Factor judge told us: "It does feel different this time around, and I think that's since having Bear.

"I'm a lot more involved too and I've been writing my songs. Obviously it still takes a village to make things happen but I've been involved in it a lot more.

"It's just so different these days because people don't buy music the way they used to."

But when it comes to an album, we may be waiting a little while yet.

Cheryl said: "I'm not going to do an album just yet because I need to do some more singles first.

"People don't want to wait for an album, they want single after single after single and they want to be able to get them immediately, there and then, they don't want to wait."

She added: "My fans have been incredible and I can't believe they've stuck with me for so long.

"Some of them have been with me for 17 years and it's just crazy. I love them so much."
