
Sakura shrimp are sun-dried on a dry riverbed of Fuji River in Shizuoka City on Monday, with snow-capped Mt. Fuji in the background. A local specialty of Shizuoka Prefecture, the shrimp were caught in Suruga Bay. They are sun-dried for two days, and then shipped to retailers across the nation.
