Cher Lloyd renews feud with ITV X Factor judge Louis Walsh by branding him 'horrible'

Cher Lloyd has reignited her bitter feud with ITV’s The X Factor judge Louis Walsh by branding him 'horrible'.

The singer, 27, took part in the hit singing competition back in 2010, and finished in fourth place, behind One Direction, Rebecca Ferguson and eventual winner Matt Cardle.

During the competition, Louis was particularly vicious when it came to his criticism of Cher, with Louis branding her a “spoiled brat” and condemning her for her diva-like behaviour in front of millions of viewers, and alleged she was “too big for her boots”.

In the latest episode of Rylan Clark's podcast Ry-Union, Cher was asked about her time on The X Factor, and when quizzed about her relationship with Louis, she said she never wanted to see him again.

“No because he don't like me,” she replied when Rylan asked if he wanted a “Ry-union” with Louis.

“Louis Walsh, was horrible to me. He still says stuff about me, when I left the show,” she fumed.

She said she was disappointed to hear the 69-year-old was still talking about her, more than 10 years after she appeared on the hit show.

“When Louis is not doing X Factor, he's not doing a lot, perhaps he needed something to talk about. He started on me,” Cher fired.

And when asked if she would want to call a truce with the Irish boyband manager, she raged: “What for? Sorry. Me? Hold a grudge? No.”

There were reports Cher had a meltdown backstage, just minutes before taking to the stage for the live Saturday night show, and ended up wearing her mentor Cheryl’s shoes for her performance.

She told Rylan she felt “vulnerable” while taking part in The X Factor, and didn’t think there was support available to help her when she needed it most.

Cher recalled being chased by paparazzi who tried to take photos under her skirt, and she said she had to remember to “always wear shorts under her skirt”.

“You'd go to get into a car and they would place the camera below which made me very frustrated that I was alone because at times the media was so harsh to me,” she sadly shared.

She said she had “no voice” other than singing on the ITV show, and fit into “bratty teenager” role she had been given by producers.

Cher took a break from fame after leaving the UK to live in Los Angeles, and since marrying hairdresser Craig Monk and welcoming daughter Delilah-Rae, the family relocated back to England.
