Chelsea youngster seemingly on his way out of the club after latest transfer hint

Chelsea youngster Lewis Bate has dropped a big social media hint in relation to his future, amid exit talks at Stamford Bridge.

Bate, 18, has one year left on his current contract and is one of a number of Blues youngsters to have delayed signing a new deal to remain at the club.

This has alerted a select number of Premier League clubs to register their interests in bringing the youngster out of London this summer.

It is understood that a quartet of English clubs are looking to swoop in for the 18-year-old who will likely become a free agent next summer if a new deal cannot be agreed.

Those said clubs are Liverpool, West Ham, Leeds and Southampton.

Bate's latest actions on social media have signified that one of those said clubs could be moving ever closer to securing his signature, either this summer or the next one.

As you can see above, the left-footed midfielder has followed a number of players from the Elland Road club.

Approximately 13 of Marcelo Bielsa's players have been sought out by the 18-year-old, which suggests that Leeds are currently winning the race ahead of the other interested clubs.

Bate has been at Chelsea since the age of eight and progressed through the ranks, emerging as one of their standout performers at youth level, to the fringes of the first team.

The defensive midfielder has made the bench three times, against Bayern Munich in the Champions League and last season against Sheffield United in the Premier League and Barnsley in the FA Cup.

In total, at all youth levels- the left-footed player had made 58 appearances for the west Londoners.
