Frank Lampard has handed new goalkeeper Edouard Mendy his Chelsea debut against Tottenham in the Carabao Cup tonight.
Mendy joined Chelsea for £22million from Rennes last Thursday and the Senegal internationalstarts this fourth-round tie.
Ben Chilwell also makes his first Chelsea start. The England left-back made his debut as a late substitute in the previous round against Barnsley last week and is stepping up his recovery from a heel injury.
Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech are closing in on a return to fitness but both remain sidelined, so Callum Hudson-Odoi gets another opportunity to impress after doing well off the bench against West Brom.
