Lampard has said Chelsea will need to press City from the front, though Olivier Giroud gets the nod over Tammy Abraham.
Cesar Azpilicueta keeps his place at right-back after having a hand in both goals against Villa. Fikayo Tomori is still out injured and Callum Hudson-Odoi is not match fit.
