Chelsea's signing of RB Leipzig striker Timo Wener appears to have been confirmed by youngster Armando Broja.
The Blues are reportedly close to tying up a deal for the Germany international after meeting his £53m release clause.
Liverpool were favourites for months to sign Werner but Jurgen Klopp's men didn't make a move and Frank Lampard swooped in to get his man.
Since it emerged Chelsea had met Werner's release clause, fans have been waiting eagerly for updates and there might just be good news if Blues youngster Broja's comments are anything to go by.
Speaking on an Instagram Live, he said: "What do I think about Werner coming in? I think Werner is a really good player.
“He is really fast, strong, he can score a lot of goals.
“I’ve watched him a lot of [his games] on YouTube, he is quite good.
"That is a good signing, I think.”
Werner has scored 31 goals in 41 games across all competitions this season.
The 24-year-old is Bundesliga's second highest scorer so far this term, behind Bayern's Robert Lewandowski.
