Chelsea vs West Ham TV channel and live stream: How to watch tonight's Premier League football

With Tottenham not in Premier League action at the weekend, and with Arsenal and Manchester United having both suffered surprise defeats, Chelsea have the chance of moving up into third place against West Ham tonight.

Maurizio Sarri’s side currently occupy fifth place in the table, two points ahead of Man Utd in sixth, level with Arsenal in fourth and one behind third-placed Spurs – having each played 32 matches.

Will West Ham stop them? Not if their away form is anything to go by.

The Hammers have not won away from the London Stadium since beating Southampton at the end of December, including a 4-2 defeat in the FA Cup at AFC Wimbledon.

If that wasn’t bad enough for Manuel Pellegini’s side, Chelsea boast the fourth-strongest home record in the division – with ten wins, five draws and just one defeat from 16 home matches.

Here's how you can see today's action on TV and online...

The match will be shown live on Sky Sports' Premier League and Main Event channels from 7pm GMT for an 8pm kick-off, and is available via NOW TV with a day pass on offer for £8.99.

Sky Sports subscribers can stream the match online via SkyGo and the SkyGo app.
