Chelsea and West Ham meet on Saturday in a London derby from which both managers need a victory.
Frank Lampard's Blues are still riding high in fourth place in the Premier League table, but last weekend's 2-1 defeat at Manchester City will be a key test of his young squad's mentality.
As for West Ham, Manuel Pellegrini is under huge pressure following a seven-game winless run, leaving the Hammers just three points above the relegation zone.
After losing one London derby at home to Tottenham last week, Pellegrini knows another poor result at Stamford Bridge could well cost him his job.
Premier League preview
Chelsea vs West Ham
Venue: Stamford Bridge
Kick-off time: 3pm GMT, Saturday November 30th
Prediction
Chelsea 2-1 West Ham: With this being a derby, the Hammers should be up for it - and if they're not, that could speak volumes about Pellegrini's fate.
These derbies are usually tense affairs, but Chelsea should have the quality to see off the visitors - and quite possibly end Pellegrini's tenure at the same time.
