Willian's superb curling goal secured a hard-fought 2-1 win for Chelsea over Newcastle on Saturday evening to help the Blues cement their top-four spot in the Premier League table.
The Barcelona-linked Brazilian latched onto Eden Hazard's pass in the 57th minute before sending in a brilliant effort that flew past Newcastle goalkeeper Martin Dubravka to hand the hosts all three points in what proved to be a tough game at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea had taken the lead through Pedro in only the ninth minute, but Ciaran Clark's impressive header restored parity and handed Newcastle hope of at least securing a point.
But the Magpies went on to lose 2-1 and drop back into the relegation zone while Chelsea moved six points clear of fifth-placed Arsenal following the Gunners' 1-0 loss away to West Ham earlier in the day.
