Chelsea vs Manchester City: Predicted line-ups for the Premier League clash

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has a near fully-fit squad to choose from as he looks to inflict a first Premier League defeat of the season on Manchester City.

With the rarely-used Victor Moses the only possible injury doubt Sarri is expected to play his strongest XI, with Mateo Kovacic likely to partner N’Golo Kante and Jorginho in midfield.

All eyes will be on Kante, criticised by Sarri for neglecting his defensive duties in last month’s defeat to Tottenham, as the Blues look to hold back a City midfield that has flourished even without star player Kevin De Bruyne.

In his absence Bernardo Silva and David Silva are set to flank Fernandinho in Pep Guardiola's midfield. Further forward Sergio Aguero is expected to shake off the adductor injury that kept him out of the win at Watford in midweek.

Chelsea (4-3-3): Kepa; Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Luiz, Alonso; Kante, Jorginho, Kovacic; Pedro, Giroud, Hazard

Man City (4-3-3): Ederson; Walker, Stones, Laporte, Delph; Bernardo Silva, Fernandinho, David Silva; Mahrez, Aguero, Sterling
