All eyes will be on Stamford Bridge as Chelsea and Manchester City meet in a match that could officially decide the Premier League title race.
Liverpool's 4-0 rout of Crystal Palace means that if Man City fail to win in west London, then Jurgen Klopp's Reds will be crowned champions.
Pep Guardiola and his side are realistically playing for pride in the League now, but a win at the Bridge would set up a showdown between City and Liverpool on July 2 which could prove a valuable marker for next season at the very least.
Meanwhile, Frank Lampard's Chelsea cannot afford to lose with a re-energised Manchester United closing in the race for Champions League qualification.
Date, time and venue
Chelsea vs Man City is scheduled for a kick-off time of 8:15pm BST at Stamford Bridge, west London on Thursday, June 25.
Team news
Frank Lampard is likely to rotate his Chelsea line-up to cope with fixture congestion.
Italy midfielder Jorginho can return following suspension. Defender Fikayo Tomori is still sidelined with a muscle complaint and could be a week away from being ready to feature. Forward Callum Hudson-Odoi is back in training but not match fit so will miss out.
Chelsea provisional squad: Arrizabalaga, Caballero, Rudiger, Alonso, Christensen, Zouma, James, Azpilicueta, Emerson, Jorginho, Kante, Barkley, Loftus-Cheek, Kovacic, Mount, Pulisic, Gilmour, Willian, Pedro, Abraham, Giroud, Batshuayi.
Man City are without record goalscorer Sergio Aguero, who has undergone knee surgery after suffering injury in Monday's victory over Burnley.
Defender John Stones (ankle) could soon be back in contention and number two goalkeeper Claudio Bravo (thigh) has also been training.
Forwards Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling, who were on the bench as manager Pep Guardiola made eight changes on Monday, could return to the starting line-up.
Man City provisional squad: Ederson, Carson, Bravo, Walker, Cancelo, Otamendi, Fernandinho, Laporte, Zinchenko, Mendy, Gundogan, Rodri, D Silva, B Silva, De Bruyne, Sterling, Sane, Mahrez, Foden, Jesus.
Prediction: Chelsea 1-2 Man City
Both sides have hit the ground running following the restart, but Guardiola will be desperate for his side to keep the title race going for at least another week.
Guardiola will not let his players forget that anything less than a win will hand Liverpool the title, and Chelsea's home record against big clubs is not exactly stellar this season.
