Chelsea vs Man City LIVE
EFL Cup final 2019, extra-time
Venue: Wembley Stadium
Date: Sunday February 24, 2019
Kick-off: 4:30pm GMT, today
Referee: Jon Moss
Man City and Chelsea head into an EFL Cup Final penalty shootout at Wembley following a cagey 120 minutes.
Chelsea headed into Sunday's Final facing a test of their mentality after being recently beaten 6-0 by Pep Guardiola's City in Manchester - a result which heaped pressure on coach Maurizio Sarri.
However, Chelsea were much improved as Eden Hazard was deployed in a false nine role at Wembley, with the Blues far more solid in defence and a threat on the counter.
Sergio Aguero thought he had put City ahead 10 minutes after the restart as he latched onto a loose ball and slotted home but he was flagged offside, with VAR ruling it was marginally the correct decision.
With no goals during normal time and extra, the Final heads to penalties.

Chelsea XI: Kepa, Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Rudiger, Emerson, Jorginho, Kante, Barkley, Willian, Hazard, Pedro
Subs: Caballero, Christensen, Koavcic, Loftus-Cheek, Hudson-Odoi, Giroud, Higuain

Score prediction | Chelsea 1-2 Man City
Don’t expect to see a repeat of the 6-0 humbling City dished out earlier this month, but do expect their hands on the trophy.
Chelsea will need a vastly improved performance to see off City on the day, and Guardiola's men may use their Champions League scare against Schalke as motivation to start the final in the right way.
Head to Head (H2H)
Chelsea and Man City have only met once before in the League Cup, with City winning that clash 1-0 back in October 1993.
Across all competitions, they have contested 190 fixtures – and Chelsea have the edge, just.
The Blues have tasted victory 75 times to City’s 73, with 42 games ending in a draw.
