Chelsea vs Man City Champions League final: How to watch live for free, what channel, odds

Chelsea will be hoping to lift the Champions League for the second time in their history tonight, and will need to stop Manchester City from winning the competition for the first time ever if they are to do so.

The game represents the Blues' third appearance in a final of the competition having previously been defeated by Manchester United and won against Bayern Munich in 2012.

Having eliminated Spanish giants Real Madrid in the semi-finals, Thomas Tuchel has the chance to lift the first trophy of his Stamford Bridge reign.

With only 16,500 supporters set to be inside FC Porto’s Estadio do Dragao for the game, 6,000 of those tickets reserved for Chelsea fans, the vast majority of Blues’ supporters will of course be forced to watch elsewhere.

So where will it be available? We take a look at the details ahead of the final below.

When is Manchester City vs Chelsea?

The game itself is set to take place on Saturday, May 29.

It is set to kick-off at 9pm CET which is the equivalent of 8pm BST.

What channel is it on?

The final itself, as the rest of the competition is only available on BT Sport. Coverage itself gets underway at 6pm BST on BT Sport 1 and BT Sport Ultimate.

However, supporters without a subscription are still able to tune in, with the match available to watch for free on the official BT Sport YouTube channel.

Who are the favourites?

As it stands, Manchester City are more fancied to claim the trophy come the end of the game, whether that be in 90 minutes, extra-time or via penalties.

Pep Guardiola’s men currently sit at a price of 2/5 with Betfair to lift their debut European crown.

Meanwhile, the Blues slightly lag behind at odds of 7/4. However, having beaten the Citizens in both the Premier League and FA Cup since his arrival at Stamford Bridge, Tuchel will be somewhat confident of springing a surprise in Porto.
