The Italian has a wealth of options to choose from but may be forced to rest Eden Hazard after the Belgian star picked up a knock in the 2-1 win over Brighton.
Meanwhile, Alvaro Morata is expected to miss the visit of Bournemouth after sitting out at the Amex Stadium.
The Spain striker was forced out of the Europa League draw at Hungarian club MOL Vidi with a knee problem and failed to recover in time for the trip to the south coast.
That means Olivier Giroud is poised to start up front, while David Luiz and Jorginho are likely to be rested for Wednesday's home tie.
Cesc Fabregas, who captained the Blues for the first time against Vidi, will get another opportunity to impress in the midfield three.
In defence, Sarri will rotate his full-backs giving Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso a rest, with Davide Zappacosta and Emerson coming in to take their place.
