Frank Lampard takes the reins as Chelsea kick off a brand new era for the club tonight in Ireland.
With Stamford Bridge legend Lampard confirmed as Chelsea's new coach, the Blues begin their preparations for the 2019-20 season following a chaotic - yet ultimately successful - campaign with Maurizio Sarri.
The Italian coach departed for Juventus after just one year in England, but his parting gifts - the Europa League trophy and a top-three finish to secure Champions League qualification - leave Lampard with plenty to build on.
Lampard must contend with the double whammy of trying to find a replacement for Eden Hazard while the club suffer the effects of a Fifa transfer ban, but the mood around the Bridge is a positive one as the Blues kick off their preason campaign with a friendly against Bohemians kicking off at 7:45pm BST in Dublin tonight.
