Chelsea vs Bayern Munich live stream: Team news, prediction and odds on Champions League match

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is hoping his side take risks after conceding they may be the underdogs against Bayern Munich.

The former Blues midfielder will be hoping his side give the German champions a good run for their money as his side prepares to face the likes of Robert Lewandowski and Phil Coutinho.

He said: "I don’t remember saying I want to take risks too much. I suppose it depends on the type of game.

"There's a two-legged game against a very strong team here and in the Champions League, one thing is clear: your concentration and focus levels have to be absolutely top throughout both games.

"So I like us to take risks in attacking areas, to try to create and score goals. We’re created a lot this season. What was great at the weekend was the fact we won a game by taking chances with two great finishes.

"But in terms of our defensive mindset from back to front, we have to be really on it. Of course defensively there is no risk taking."

Lowdown

Chelsea meet Bayern Munich for the first time since their Champions League final encounter back in 2012.

Chelsea ran out victors at Bayern's Allianz Arena 4-3 on penalties thanks notably to Didier Drogba's stand-out performance.

A certain Mr Lampard was playing that day too.

When and where?

The game will take place at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday (February 25).

Kick-off time?

The match will start at 8pm.

Is it on TV?

Yes you can watch the match live on BT Sport 2 with the build-up starting at 7pm.

Prediction?

Andy Ha has gone for a 2-2 score draw tonight. ]

He said: "Chelsea will be buoyed after the win over Tottenham on Saturday, and it will prove to the players that they can beat big teams at home.

"However, Bayern Munich are a different kettle of fish to Spurs and will present far more of a challenge for Frank Lampard and his side. But given that the Blues will be full of confidence after the weekend, I will go for a score draw. "
