Chelsea vs Arsenal prediction and odds: Expect thriller at Stamford Bridge between Thomas Tuchel and Mikel Arteta

Chelsea and Arsenal will be looking to go one step closer to securing Champions League football as they meet in a crucial six-pointer in the race for a top four place. Chelsea, who were once cruising at the top of the table for most of the season, find themselves in third-place and eight points behind their hosts in fifth.

The Blues are the favourites in this clash at 4/5 with Betfred while the Gunners are 10/3 and a draw is 13/5. The visitors will be looking to stop Thomas Tuchel's side from getting a league double for the first time since 2015/16.

Mikel Arteta will be left seething with his side when he looks at the form table picking up just one win in their last five league outings. They were gifted the chance to overtake arch-rivals Tottenham Hotspur after Brighton & Hove Albion, who picked up all three points against the Gunners the week before, scored a last-minute winner before Southampton put a stop to that at St Mary's.

Thomas Tuchel will be encouraged by his side's performances of late despite ending their defence as European champions last week against Real Madrid. The Blues have their last three matches in all competitions despite losing on aggregate to Los Blancos but a huge 6-0 win at Southampton and securing a place in the FA Cup final gives the side a chance of securing some silverware and ending Liverpool's hopes of the elusive quadruple.

In between that, he was superb in Chelsea's 3-2 win in the second leg of the Champions League against Real Madrid. He is 15/8 anytime to score.
