Two young managers face off at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night as Frank Lampard's Chelsea host Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Manchester United in the Carabao Cup.
United thrashed Chelsea 4-0 on the opening day of the Premier League season, but that result did nothing to suggest what lay in store for either club.
Chelsea are currently fourth in the table with 20 points, and also top their Champions League group off the back of a seven-game winning run.
The Red Devils have rallied this week after an alarming run of results, with a draw against Liverpool and two away wins - at Partizan Belgrade and Norwich City - in quick succession, but sit seven points off the Blues.
Wednesday offers United the chance to complete a hat-trick of away wins within a week, but the Blues are full of confidence and will see this competition as the chance to land Lampard some early silverware.

Carabao Cup preview
Chelsea vs Man Utd
Venue: Stamford Bridge
Kick-off time: 8:05pm, Wednesday October 30
Chelsea team news and injuries
Lampard has plenty of squad players who need game time, with the likes of Olivier Giroud, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Pedro and Michy Batshuayi all raring to go.
Willy Caballero should return in goal, while in the back four only Kurt Zouma is likely to keep his place from the win at Burnley. That means Emerson Palmieri, Marc Guehi and Reece James could get a chance to shine.
In midfield, injuries to the likes of N’Golo Kante and Ross Barkley means Lampard cannot rotate too much. As a result Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic may start, with teenager Billy Gilmour completing an exciting midfield trio.
Andreas Christensen and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are still sidelined for the Blues.
Chelsea predicted lineup (4-3-3): Caballero; James, Zouma, Guehi, Emerson; Kovacic, Jorginho, Gilmour; Hudson-Odoi, Batshuayi, Pedro
Man Utd team news and injuries
With a tough trip to Bournemouth at the weekend, Solskjaer will have to juggle his squad.
Paul Pogba is out until December, while Eric Bailly remains out until the New Year. Nemanja Matic and Luke Shaw are on the comeback trail, but Axel Tuanzebe, Timothy Fosu-Mensah and Diogo Dalot are sidelined.
Man Utd predicted lineup (3-4-2-1): Romero; Jones, Maguire, Rojo; Wan-Bissaka, Fred, McTominay, Williams; Lingard, Mata; Rashford

Prediction: Chelsea 2-2 Man Utd - Chelsea to win penalty shootout
Both sides will fancy their chances at the Bridge - Chelsea will likely see more of the ball, but United will be a danger on the counter-attack.
Expect this game to go to penalties, but with United missing four of their six in the League this season - including two in the first half at Norwich - the Blues should edge a shootout.
