Chelsea transfer rumours: No bids for Declan Rice, Fikayo Tomori 'closing in' on AC Milan move

Chelsea picked up a much-needed victory in the Premier League on Saturday evening as they beat Fulham 1-0 at Craven Cottage.

Mason Mount scored the only goal of the game in the second half as the Blues secured their first victory in the Premier League in 2021.

Frank Lampard could look at adding to his squad this month, although a quiet transfer window - in terms of incomings - is expected at Stamford Bridge.

There is plenty of speculation about players that could leave west London in January, with Roman Abramovich looking to get back some of the money he injected into the squad over the summer.

With this being said, here are the latest Chelsea-related transfer rumours and stories.

Moyes confirms no Rice bids

West Ham United boss David Moyes has insisted there has been no contact from Chelsea or Manchester United for Declan Rice.

The Blues have been heavily linked with a move for Rice since the summer transfer window, but Moyes has confirmed that there have been no bids for the Hammers star just yet.

"They're not true (rumours of a bid), we've had no contact from either of those clubs regarding Declan and we wouldn't want any anyway," Moyes told Amazon Prime after beating Burnley 1-0.

"He's doing great for us, he's a big leader now, he's taken a lot of the weight off Mark Noble. He's turning out to be a really good player but also a really good boy and good around the club."

No offers for Alonso

There have been no concrete offers for Chelsea left-back Marcos Alonso, according to a report from The Athletic.

The report claims that there are various stumbling blocks in a potential Alonso departure from Stamford Bridge, including the Blues' desire to offload the defender on a permanent basis.

Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan have been linked with a move for the Spanish full-back, and are both thought to prefer a temporary deal.

The 30-year-old has played just three times in the Premier League this season for Chelsea.

Tomori deal 'progressing'

Fikayo Tomori's proposed loan move to AC Milan is 'progressing', according to The Athletic.

Tomori has made just one appearance for the Blues in the Premier League this season and is looking for a temporary exit this month in order to get more minutes under his belt.

The English centre-back looks like he is on his way to AC Milan and talks are now 'progressing' between the parties, with a deal getting closer to being finalised.

Leeds United and Newcastle United have also been linked with a move for the 23-year-old, but it looks like a move to Italy is now happening with Goal reporting that the Rossoneri have agreed a loan with the option to make the transfer permanent for £25m.
