Chelsea transfer rumours: Lewis Dunk and John Stones double deal, Man United join Ben White race

A busy summer on the transfer front is expected for Chelsea, with the Blues touted to do some big deals over the next month or so.

With Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner already through the door, Frank Lampard’s side are being linked with plenty of other big names.

Kai Havertz and Ben Chilwell are the most prominent ones, but there is no shortage of speculation linking other players.

Here are the latest transfer rumours and gossip coming from Stamford Bridge.

Jan Oblak on transfer rumours

Napoli in pole position for Reguilon

Reports in Italy have suggested Napoli are now leading the race for full-back Sergio Reguilon.

The 23-year-old caught the eye last night as Sevilla knocked Manchester United out of the Europa League semi-finals.

And the on-loan Real Madrid man, who has been linked with Chelsea, was one of the stars, although Calcio Mercato claim the Blues have fallen behind in the race to sign him.

Instead, it’s Napoli who now lead the way, which could force Chelsea to focus their efforts on landing Leicester’s Ben Chilwell.

Blues ready to move on Stones

Chelsea are reportedly ready to make a move for John Stones, even if they sign Brighton’s Lewis Dunk as well.

The Blues have been linked with both players as Frank Lampard looks to rebuild his defence ahead of the new season.

With that in mind, the Mirror claim a loan bid could be made for Stone, with the former Everton man highly regarded at Stamford Bridge.

The England international has fallen down the pecking order at the Etihad Stadium following the signing of Nathan Ake, and could well be on the lookout for regular playing time next season.

United join White race

Manchester United have now reportedly entered the race for Brighton defender Ben White, who is attracting plenty of interest this summer.

The 22-year-old impressed on loan with Leeds United last season, and Chelsea have joined the Whites in pursuit of him, while Liverpool have also been linked.

United can now be added to that list, while Manchester City, Tottenham and Leicester City have also expressed an interest.

Brighton, though, have been adamant White won't be going anywhere for the time being, with Graham Potter wanting to take a look at him in pre-season before making a decision.
