Chelsea transfer rumours: Kai Havertz personal terms agreed, Sergio Reguilon enquiry

Saturday's defeat to Bayern Munich means Chelsea's season is finally at an end.

There is not long to go until the start of next season, however, with the Premier League set to start in early September.

It means the pressure is on for the Blues to make any signings quickly in order to bolster their squad ahead of next season.

With that in mind, here is the latest Chelsea transfer gossip.

Havertz deal agreed

RMC Sport claim that Kai Havertz has agreed personal terms with Chelsea.

Chelsea training session ahead of Bayern Munich clash

The attacking midfielder is currently involved in Bayer Leverkusen's Europa League campaign and the Bundesliga side are adamant that no deal for the player will be done until their run in the competition is at an end.

Yet Havertz is said to have already agreed a five-year contract with Chelsea ahead of a potential move.

The Blues are the only club left in the case for Havertz after he was previously strongly linked with Liverpool and Bayern Munich.

Reguilon enquiry

Sky Sports' Angelo Mangiante says Napoli have made an enquiry over the availability of Sergio Reguilon.

The Serie A side are keen to bolster their defence this summer and are looking to take advantage of the fact Chelsea are yet to tie up a deal for the Real Madrid left-back who has been on loan at Valencia.

Chelsea have been linked to numerous full-backs this summer, including Ben Chilwell at Leicester City, but Reguilon is currently said to be the most affordable option.

Yet Mangiante says the Blues will have to sell either Emerson or Marcos Alonso before they are able to tie up the deal and that could give Napoli enough time to swoop.

Ampadu latest

The Athletic's Michael Bailey says Ethan Ampadu's proposed loan to Norwich City has fallen through.

Ampadu has endured a frustrating season on loan at RB Leipzig, meaning he is set to be sent out for another loan in 2020/21.

Whilst the Canaries have been strongly linked with the player, Chelsea are said to have found a Premier League option for him.

Fulham are now reportedly the most likely team to land the youngster.
