Frank Lampard has already made some bold moves as Chelsea manager in 2020.
The news that Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner have agreed to join the club has been met with considerable excitement among Chelsea supporters.
But the latest talk is that the club is not finished yet as they attempt to return to the top of the Premier League.
With that said here are the latest Chelsea transfer rumours.
Havertz latest
Chelsea have been told what they must do to complete the transfer of Kai Havertz ahead of Manchester United this summer.
Rumours continue to linger around Leverkusen ace Kai Havertz, while Jadon Sancho remains a target and Ben Chilwell is the Blues' first choice left-back.
The Havertz links are the ones that will excite Chelsea fans the most, with Frank Lampard showing a slight smirk when asked about him during his press conference ahead of the Manchester City game.
And according to Sport Bild, Havertz wants to play Champions League football and would only be interested in a move to a club playing in Europe's top competition next season.
Pedro agrees to join Roma
Pedro will join Serie A side Roma at the end of the season when his Chelsea contract expires.
And although Pedro signed a short-term extension with the Blues on Tuesday until the end of the season, he will then leave the club and sign for the Italian giants.
The Spain international scored 43 goals in 201 games since joining Chelsea from Barcelona in 2015.
Telles competition
Inter and Juventus are both interested in signing FC Porto defender Alex Telles, according to Sempreinter.
Chelsea have also been linked with Telles this summer, as Frank Lampard looks to strengthen his defensive options.
The report adds that Porto want €30 million for the 27-year-old, who has scored 11 goals and claimed nine assists this season.
