Despite spending big in the summer, Chelsea continue to be linked with a host of players ahead of the January transfer window.
The quick turnaround between the summer and mid-season transfer windows means the rumour mill continues to turn for the Blues.
There will likely be some outgoings alongside some potential incomings in January, with Frank Lampard continuing to try and strengthen his squad.
With that in mind, here are the latest Chelsea transfer rumours.
Rice offer
The Star report that West Ham are preparing a new contract offer for Declan Rice.
In a bid to end Chelsea's interest in the 21-year-old, the Hammers are willing to offer Rice a deal worth £120,000-a-week.
West Ham are keen to end speculation about Rice's future by tying him down to a new long-term deal.
The England international's current contract runs until the summer of 2024 with the option of a further year.
Dybala blow
Chelsea have been handed a blow with the news that Paulo Dybala is set to extend his contract at Juventus.
The Blues were linked with a move for the attacker after question marks were raised over his future at Juve.
Yet Juve chief Fabio Paratici says contract talks are under way.
"We're in talks to extend Paulo Dybala's contract," he told Sky Sports.
"He wants to stay and we want to keep him, he's part of our future. We'll continue the negotiations to find an agreement."
Trio want Emerson
Sky Sports Italy report Inter Milan, Juvents and Napoli are all keen on Emerson Palmieri.
The full-back is down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge after the summer arrival of Ben Chilwell.
He was linked with a return to Italy during the summer window yet no move materialised.
However, a trio of Serie A clubs are said to have retained their interest in him ahead of the January window.
With under two years left to run on his contract, Chelsea may look to cash in on Emerson in January.
