Chelsea transfer rumours: £71.9m Kai Havertz fee negotiated, Liverpool eye Antonio Rudiger

Chelsea will be looking to continue to strengthen this summer now that their long season has come to an end.

The Blues did well to seal deals for Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech before their campaign even came to an end but there is still plenty of business to do.

With that in mind, here is the latest Chelsea transfer gossip.

Havertz fee

Transfer expert Nicolo Schira claims that Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen will agree a fee of around €80M for Kai Havertz.

Bayer Leverkusen had previously declined to negotiate over Havertz's future whilst they were in the Europa League but their exit from the competition looks set to speed discussions up.

Havertz is already said to have agreed a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge, with the two clubs now set to discuss a fee for the player.

Liverpool chase Rudiger

Mundo Deportivo claim that Liverpool are interested in Antonio Rudiger.

With Chelsea set to revamp their defence this summer, Rudiger's future is currently up for debate - whilst he has been one of the Blues' more reliable defenders under Frank Lampard, he has yet to be offered a new deal.

Liverpool are looking for another defender after the sale of Dejan Lovren to Zenit St Petersburg.

Reguilon latest

Gianluca di Marzio reports that Lazio are eyeing a move for Sergio Reguilon.

Chelsea have been heavily linked with the Real Madrid left-back as Leicester continue to play hardball over a valuation of Ben Chilwell.

Yet the Blues are coming under increasing pressure to seal a deal for Reguilon, with Napoli also linked in recent days.

The full-back caught the eye on loan with Sevilla this season.
