Kylian Mbappe gives Chelsea seal of approval to complete £43m transfer

Chelsea are said to be considering a move for Lyon star Rayan Cherki and Kylian Mbappe is already a huge fan of the young Frenchman. The Blues have already completed six new signings in the summer transfer window and are unlikely to stop there.

According to Simon Phillips on Substack, Chelsea are considering an approach for Cherki who has impressed in France. The youngster's performances have already caught the attention of Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe with the French striker suggesting the 19-year-old is playing at a level way beyond his age

After Cherki recorded two goals and two assists in one game for Lyon at the age of just 16, Mbappe hopped onto Twitter posting: “Don’t talk to him too much about age, huh." The youngster scored five goals and provided a further six assists for Lyon in all competitions last term with the French club setting a £43million asking price for their talented playmaker, as per But Football Club.

Chelsea dealt Dusan Vlahovic transfer blow as Juventus respond to £51m offer

Chelsea have been dealt a huge blow in their pursuit of Juventus star Dusan Vlahovic. The Serbian striker is reportedly considering leaving the Italian giants this summer with the Blues among the clubs interested in signing the 23-year-old.

Mauricio Pochettino is keen on signing a new striker despite the arrivals of Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson this summer. Italian journalist Rudy Galetti has revealed that Pochettino sees Vlahovic as the perfect man to lead the line under his stewardship.

A report from Italian news outlet Corriere della Sera has stated that Chelsea have made their first attempt to sign Vlahovic as Pochettino continues to look for a new forward after the arrival of Jackson from Villarreal this summer. The report adds that Juve have rejected an offer of €60million (£51.5million) from the Stamford Bridge side for the ex-Fiorentina man.

The 23-year-old still has three years remaining on his current contract with Juventus, bu the Italian outfit could be open to selling their star striker if they receive a fee in the region of £77million - £11million more than what they paid for him last year. According to Calciomercato, Vlahovic is eager for a new experience and his agent Darko Ristic has held talks with United, Arsenal and Chelsea over a potential move to England.

What Napoli have done to prevent Chelsea completing £128m Victor Osimhen transfer

Chelsea are among the clubs interested in signing Napoli star Victor Osimhen in the summer transfer window. The Blues are searching for a new No.9 after selling Kai Havertz to Arsenal in a £65million deal.

Osimhen was one of the best strikers in Europe last term as he featured 32 times for Napoli, scoring 26 goals. While the Italian giants are desperate to hold onto Osimhen this summer, football.london understands that the Blues are considering a bid which could cost at least £100million.

TuttoNapoli have now stated that Osimhen may sign a new contract with the Italian outfit as Napoli look to end speculation that the Nigerian striker could complete a transfer to the Premier League this summer. Chelsea are thought to be monitoring a number of options - including the likes of Osimhen and Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic - and could face competition from Manchester United for the Nigerian's signature.
